How long does dry cleaning take?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. If you need it sooner, ask us about our express service — we can often have it ready the same day.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. For orders above ₹500, we offer free pickup and delivery within our service area. Just message us on WhatsApp to schedule.
What if my clothes have a stain?
We treat all common stains. Show us the stain when you drop off, and we’ll note it on your ticket. Some old or set-in stains may not come out completely, and we’ll tell you upfront if that’s the case.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and card payments. We also accept advance wallet recharge for regular customers.
How will I know when my clothes are ready?
We’ll send you a WhatsApp message with your order status and a link to track it. You can also scan the barcode on your ticket anytime to see the status.
What if a garment is damaged during cleaning?
If our process causes any damage, we will compensate as per our terms. We note all pre-existing damage at intake to avoid confusion. Your garments are handled with the utmost care.
Do you clean wedding sarees and heavy lehengas?
Absolutely. These are our specialty. We use special solvents and gentle handling for heavily embroidered or zari work. Ask for our premium care service.
